T-Mobile Might Launch Its Alchemy

Pursuing exclusive handsets from manufactures isn’t a new topic. Sprint owns the HTC Bolt, AT&T comes with the Galaxy S Active devices, while the Droid series from Motorola is of Verizon. Now, T-Mobile also stocks exclusive phones with  its own-brand devices, and, thanks to a recent source, the detail of what the latest of these is now available. Earlier yesterday, there is a confirmation of a T-Mobile phone named the REVVL, though it’s not the only upcoming Tmo-branded device.

Coolpad, the manufacturer behind the Coolpad Defiant, is expected to be responsible for producing The T-Mobile Alchemy, which is a budget T-Mobile device launched in June. The Alchemy has a lot in common with the Defiant, as it comes with a wise design, textured back, rear-mounted speaker, and even similar camera position. However, T-Mobile seems to catch the trend of 2017’s smartphones when taking bringing a dual-camera setup on this new device.

The T-Mobile Alchemy is carved the T-Mobile logo at the back panel in its classic purple color, and the purple also covers around the fingerprint reader and camera. The phone will likely target to the entry-level segment, like the Coolpad Defiant (which costs around $100). According to previous rumors, the device would also come with a microSD card slot, a MicroUSB charging port, and a headphone jack. The information also indicates that the phone would run on stock Android Nougat, and pre-install with at least one T-Mobile branded app.

Although there is not exact information on the release date, perhaps the launch date might be the October 6th as for the image. The Coolpad Defiant was unveiled in April before the availability in June, so we could expect the same two-month time reflected frame here. Debuting before, after, or beside the T-Mobile REVVL still remains a mystery.
