Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is one of the most anticipated phones this. Despite the failure of Note 7, fans of the series are still looking forward to the new one. Samsung has confirmed the announcement of Note 8 on August 23rd, and the official press renders of the device has just been announced. According to the renders, a dual camera setup will appear on the back of the device along with a fingerprint scanner . Today, Evan Blass has finally revealed the final specs of the upcoming Note 8 smartphone.
According to Mr Blass, the phone is said to come with IP68 certification like the Samsung Galaxy S8 devices. Furthermore, the Galaxy N8 will have a bigger display with a 6.3″ Super AMOLED panel, which is capable of a 2,960 x 1440 pixel resolution with an unique 18.5:9 aspect ratio. The dimensions of Galaxy Note 8 physical dimensions include 162.5mm x 74.6mm x 8.5mm.
Under the hood, the Galaxy Note 8 will be powered by the Exynos 8895 SoC in the most market, while the U.S variant will run on Snapdragon 835 SoC. Fortunately, the Galaxy Note 8 will be receive an upgrade in the RAM amount up to 6GB, which is paired with 64GB of expendable storage. Both rear cameras are said to feature 12MP sensors. While the primary one come with wide-angle, an f1.7 aperture and dual-pixel autofocus, the other features a telephoto lens with an f2.4 aperture and the capability of 2x optical zoom. The front-facing camera of Galaxy Note 8 will be an 8MP sensor with an aperture of f1.7 and an autofocus lens.
Finally, keeping all the light of the phone will be a 3,300mAh battery capacity, which is supported by quick charge and can be charged via USB Type-C or wirelessly like on the Galaxy Note 7. The Note 8 will be available in Midnight Black and Maple Gold, along with a later launch of Orchid Grey and Deep Sea Blue color options.
